CHAIRPERSON'S MESSAGE

Building something out of nothing… Every year, KR Raggers work hard to design a float and build it using waste materials. This is done to express our gratitude for the public’s generosity during the NUS Flag Day.

Through the three-month float construction process, our KR Raggers have been endeavouring and experiencing happiness as well as difficulties together. It forms a strong bond of friendship among them. This supportive behaviour has led each member of the committee to struggle hard for the glory of our beloved KR.

Previously, the KRONOS (06/07) and KRHOME (08/09) team did well by sweeping eight and nine awards respectively (including the FLAG shields). RAG Day 2009 will be the time for us to prove that we are still the best hall in the competition.

Lastly, this float is not just the Raggers’. It is each and every Kent Ridgeans'. So, let us go to the SRC on RAG day to support the Raggers and KR's presentation.
